Siri Has Been Ported to iPad 1 Too

It was just a fews days ago when @stroughtonsmith got Siri working on the iPhone 4 without the communication with the Apple servers. Initially, the port was laggy because a GPU driver was missing but then he managed to get it working pretty smoothly. We’ve had a couple of video demos of his iPhone 4 running Siri. Later on, he however gave up his work with Siri and is hardly working on it any more. He has apparently given out his progress to another developer called @jackoplane who too has Siri on iPhone 4 now. Even jack has not much stuff working but he has gone a little forward by managing to get Siri working on the iPad 1. Here are the screenshots from his iPad 1.  Siri on iPad 1  Siri on iPad 1  Siri on iPad 1 Jack’s Siri on the iPad 1 isn’t communicating with the Apple servers but as @stroughtonsmith told us, any iOS device could be spoofed to look like an iPhone 4S and communicate with Apple’s servers. If nothing works, Siri’s interface could be used to query google or TellMe. His iPad 1 is obviously jailbroken. If you have iOS 5 on your iDevice, you can jailbreak it using redsn0w or sn0wbreeze or check if its jailbroken or not. We have been reluctant in posting the claims from @jackoplane earlier but @Joshmtucker of ModMyi confirms that their work is legit and they are not fakers.
